Winter Evenings And Childhood

The cold snowflakes,

Falling on my hands.

Reminding me of the time when we used to make snowmen.

I miss those times, 

While I cherish those memories.

Hoping to live my childhood again.

Watching the children fight with snowballs.

The heavy ice, 

The slippery roads,

The snow-filled trees, 

And a cup of hot chocolate beside.

I remember how I and my sister used to sit in the verandah,

Thinking and finding ways, 

As to how to live childhood again.
