The Loss Of Love

I walked out of my house

After a long time

And as I turned my eyes around

I see no humanity and

How hard it is to think for others

And that how hard it is to love everyone

Not to judge them or curse them.

The ties of our relations went loose

These pandemic years

With those, who we once used to meet daily

And now pretend that we don't even see them

The time was hard for all

And all we needed was

A little support and care

And an act of affection

And that would have sufficed

But we never talked and now we have lost the love that once bound us all

Ae miss those times

But what is in the past is past

Why not make this moment special

Life's too short to hang upon someone, you remember every day

And love's too soft and strong to break and never forget.
