When I Rose up…

When I Rose up the land was bare.

When only beginning was in the air.

I stood upright and walked the same.

When this great planet had no name

I saw all lands and all the seas.

I saw endless, eternal possibilities.

To speak of what existence is

I then developed new languages.

                              

I built houses with sticks and mud

Raised humans with a thunderous thud.

I tilled the lands and sowed the seeds.

I grew the crops, controlled the weeds.

I saw light when I went higher

I caught that, created fire.

 I took all my skills and family.

And created communities.

With poetry, paintings, verse, and song.

I created spirits wise and strong.

With science and reason, I enlightened.

My senses were brightened.

I build ships and taught to sail.

I learnt ways and tricks to prevail.

 My will and my imagination 

Created houses, buildings and Nation.

I sought progress and nothing less.

Not wealth and stuff, just happiness.

Endless integration, endless sum.

Until the day thy kingdom come.

I chase the rainbow's light to find

Utopia and peace of mind.

 I was small to teach unity

The result is visible harmony.

                              

But some could not be content.

Their bad deeds came and off they went.

Beneath the land they started killing.

Beneath the sea they started drilling.

My little brave heart learnt to fly.

They caught the land and touched the sky.

From all way high to all way under.

They deceive, rob, attack and plunder.

They so called civilized can't see.

They're all drowned in hypocrisy.

Then comes generations, who seems

Full of hope, belief and dreams.

They know well, what others not.

Education, the weapon they have bought.

They love this planet as they have seen

A vision of it yet unseen.

 

I unleashed righteous minds.

I unleashed good of mankind.

I unleashed hearts who would with care

rebuild lives and clean the air.

I taught, not dig for negatives.

Let's reach out to alternatives.

Breathe in the goodness, exclude the pale

Touch the bright and exhale.

When I rose up the land was bare.

When pure beginning filled the air.

So ,imagine what we can achieve.

If we keep hope and we believe.

We love this place, our very own space.

Let's together be the master race.

We can harness what we teach us.

Without letting things enslave us.
