What makes you so Bright?

Is that something photosynthesis "they call" you make through sunshine?

Or is it rain you only drink to keep yourself hydrated while every lunch and dine?

Oh! It should be a dark soil you fixed your roots to

Or is it the wind you inhale and exhale 

Just to make it through

It should be a beauty sleep you snuggle in the nest of the dark night

Or is it the stems and leaves you hold by your green heart so tight.

Then I heard leaves whispering through my ears, answering my quest

Do you notice that old lady who sprinkles me with love and zest?
