What I am is because of him

My dad you are my all time hero

Be it yesterday, today or tomorrow

You have been my inspiration

And a source of motivation

You have been my LIFE coach

With your open minded and positive approach 

Showed me how to be resilient in life

Never give up and always strive

Few things that I will always remember

As sweet memories will cherish as I grow older

How you would get up half an hour early 

In the night before I would get up to study

And keep hot steaming tea always ready

For that I am thankful, Oh! My caring DADDY

Will never forget the bicycle rides that were so cool 

How every day you took us to school

We sisters would sit on the seats, one in front and one behind 

And carried our little brother on your shoulders, saying its fine

The way you live your life today

By keeping your self active through out the day

You have proved that age does not matter

It is just a figure or a number

To have a dad like you, I am lucky 

And pray to God to continue keeping you safe and healthy
