Valentine’s Day
Valentine’s Day
Today is the first time,
We are celebrating Valentine’s Day,
As a husband and wife.
I am wondering, how time passed very fast.
Do you remember the day, I hold your hand,
I asked “will you marry me?”
And the answer was your silent smile.
Our journey started there itself.
We wrote a book, full of sweet memories.
We smile together, we cry together,
We fight against many obstacles together.
And at last, we knotted the tie.
Now, we are thousands miles far.
But still our hearts are together.
If I close my eyes, I can feel you.
I can feel your warm hugs,
And your hot lips on my cheek.
We still walk together, holding hands.
We understand each other, more than the words can.
We made for each other, for this life and forever.
I imagine when we will be at sixty,
There will be no downfall of our romance.
I pray to God, like this time,
Thousand Valentine’s Day should come to us.
