Untouchable
Untouchable
Miles apart
Looking for that very thing
Which confronts our wrecked soul
With comfort for grandeur under the disguise
Does it look so nice?
For being so naive and heedless
For the sake of our wretched lives.
How can we lead our niggardly lives?
Where happiness is all we desire
Whether it's a snatch or snitch
From the poor wayfarers
Who tend to live their selfless lives
Under the shreds of snub and deceit
By impounding such laws
Which this world can never endeavour
Is it not so mortifying?
To let those million lives
Patronize the endanger
That never meant to be a part
Of their forsaken lives
Is this world so deafening??
To be so inaudible,
Towards all the never-ending cries and pains
Scars that we drew into their skin
That won’t ever fade away
Quivering feet which we snapped
Can't ever make a stand
Is this how we go along?
Is this all that ever meant to be?
So cliche and malicious within
Can they ever live through
Those untouchable catchphrases??
Will we ever be humane once again??
To let those irreproachable souls
Lead a soothing esse.
