Titillant dreams

Titillant dreams

Dreams always pop up in my sleep,

Surprisingly, I am always in them.

Sometimes I am a warrior,

Sometimes I am a king.

When it is a good dream I am fresh the next day,

I feel jolly and well.

When they are bad I put a small knife under my pillow,

The next day I cry.

Even with a dream catcher,

I cannot control my dreams.

This makes me as restless as a frog in a pot,

But it is not in my hands!

Fun, frolic friendship dreams,

Spooky, scary sulky dreams.

My mind tells me to wake up,

But I am unable to!

I am all alone but the trees talk to me,

The sounds come like 'swoosh' and 'whoosh!'

God give me good dreams,

I pray every night.
