THE STORY OF THE EARTH
THE STORY OF THE EARTH

I’m telling you a story
Not so very old,
The days we spent in glory
Precious more than gold.
I lived a happy life where
Everyone smiled with joy
Look what happened now
You treat me like a toy!
You killed my green daughters
Soon after they were born
Now what's the point of mourning
When almost all are gone?
You mined my sons for minerals
They things they were rich
Now why oh why do you
Curse them? It’s you who
Always pleased.
Look what you have done
You’ve ruined your every role
Think about the North-South pole
You made an ozone hole!
Remember my dear
It’s not too very late
Save me for your future
Or else “YOU WILL GET
NOTHING BUT HATE!”
