The Somnolent Hum

Memories were destroyed during gestation  

Soul wandered in a state of sheer ignition 

My hunger to live died of starvation

Today I bade a tearful farewell 

with a sobbing heart where good memories dwell

Leaving behind hearty souls

with memories to make loopholes 

Whilst I remembered bygone days,

emotions filled eyes with a teary haze 

Tears, in remembrance, rolled down my eyes 

with elusive emotions free of disguise

Oppressive heat of thoughts 

inducing stories with weird plots 

A sullen crowd of thoughts

making in mind perplexed knots

A seed of hope from nowhere was sown 

yeilding in heart coquettish moan

Time,

It comes without any notification

With yet another incarnation 

Creates good memories and hurts

with it's brief appearance and no alerts

Time whispered,

our past was once our future 

Our future will once be our past
