The River's Wish
The River's Wish
The river stares at man, wishing he wasn't here,
She hopes that one day, man will fade away.
How dare he dirties the crystal water, the water
Given by God, the water that man needs, yet he still dirties.
The river thinks and thinks, and decides to flow away,
Away from man where he will never find his way.
She knows that man needs her, needs her forever,
Yet he still clutters the water, how she wishes man would understand.
If this continues man would go away, away from Earth, away from
Earth, away from life, and the wish of the river will stay, that man should fade away.
