The Moon
The Moon
Last night, when I was playing with my cars,
I took a look at the stars,
They were happy and bright
Giving away their twinkling light.
But tonight, when I saw the stars
They looked sad as no moon was with them
Next day at noon
I told my mother about the moon
She told me after giving tea
That the moon travels for free
That day I learned that the moon covers a cycle
But I thought it was a miracle
Next night I saw it was true
Because the moon was shining
And was looking brand new.
