The Lockdown Poem

​​​​Oh! See the rain

Coming to the plain

To save us from the heat,

Make our gloomy days retreat

Trees are dancing with joy

Birds are singing with glee

Bees are buzzing with excitement

All over the field

Peacock feathers unfurl,

Calling the children to twirl

But Oh! What a pity,

We are all locked down in the city!
