The Destruction Of Evil: The Sixth Day Of Navratri

The Destruction Of Evil: The Sixth Day Of Navratri

In autumn's embrace, where colours play,

A tale of strength on the sixth Navratri day.

Grey, the canvas where courage takes form,

Where battles are fought, where evil is torn.

The Goddess emerges, her aura ablaze,

Durga, the fierce, in a formidable haze.

Her eyes gleam like stars, a cosmic array,

Infinite galaxies, night turns to day.

In Grey, lies the promise of dark forces quelled,

Evil trembles, its fortresses fell.

With a trident in hand, she strides into the fray,

To vanquish the shadows, to light up the way.

Upon her fierce lion, a mount of pure might,

She rides through the storm, through the deep, endless night.

Her mane ripples, a fiery cascade,

A symbol of valour, of power displayed.

Grey, like the thunderclouds gathering high,

Foreboding to evil, a tempest in the sky.

The storm gathers strength, the world holds its breath,

As Durga descends, unyielding in death.

In her left hand, a sword sharp and keen,

To sever the chains, to shatter the dream,

Of malevolence lurking, its tendrils so sly,

Grey severs the roots and lets purity fly.

On the right, a shield, an impenetrable wall,

To guard all her children, to answer their call.

In Grey, strength resides, an unwavering might,

Against all adversity, against the darkest night.

In temples aglow, devotees pray,

To the Goddess of Grey, on this sacred day.

They seek her protection, her grace, her might,

To face life's challenges, to emerge from the night.

On the sixth day of Navratri, in Grey's steadfast hue,

Symbolizes destruction, but renewal too.

For in every end, there lies a new start,

A glimmer of hope, a beat of the heart.

So, let us embrace Grey, the harbinger bold,

The force that dismantles what's cruel and cold.

Let evil be vanquished, let light lead the way,

On the sixth day of Navratri, in Grey, we shall stay.
