Stylus

Many friends around,

Many family members around,

I always laughed In this crowd,

Made others laugh,

Still, I was lonely.

No one was aware,

Of my pain,

Which was killing me,

Like a slow poison,

Needed a companion badly.

Used to feel choked,

Nights were sleepless, 

Sleep was far far away,

Eyes became dry and blank,

The time of meeting God was close.

Yes had many friends,

Yes had many family members,

But was unable to share,

Pain with them,

No solution was around.

While reading a poem,

A thought struck me,

It might become my companion,

It might reduce my pain,

Started stylus.

 

Hesitatingly started penning my pain,

A part of the pain flew away,

Was it a miracle?

No, it was the power of  stylus,

Kept arranging my pain on paper.

At last, my book was on stalls,

It became a bestseller,

She called yes she called,

I was astonished,

Meet at a coffee shop.

Tears were rolling down our eyes,

She had felt my pain,

through my stylus,

Misunderstanding got washed away,

Along with her uncontrollable tears.

It was an ecstatic moment,

Happiness started ruling over,

My body, mind and soul,

My life had come back,

Thanks to my stylus.
