SHE

There was a certain strangeness about her,

That no one could ever truly understand,

 She was different yet so beautifully unique,

She enjoyed even the slightest gifts,

Like that of the petrichor,

She danced to the rhythm of the earth,

For her the earth was her own. 

She constantly wished for rains of stardust,

  She knew the moment it came,

She would spread her arms and fully bask in the glory.                     

 Pragmatism never touched her,

Not even a bit,

  Her existence,

Solely defined by her emotions,

 Luxury meant for her,

The crown of her aspirations,

  She realised that nothing,

Just nothing,

   But only her dreams made her swoon,

   Completely,

Forever..
