Shattered

So illegal is it

To feel so lonely, so shattered

When you have no one around?

They try to tell you

They have their own shit

And throughout it all, you were the only one in it

And now that you have questioned the shun

You've been invalidated. 

You understood things, all along

You battled w your ego

Till you could no more take it

And they ask you, 

How could you be that insensitive? 

I have a heart

And made to feel like rock

I gave all the love

Till I couldn't

And there are empty smiles all around

Not a single to fulfil. 

There are empty words

And one takes on the words of another

Without realising its worth

Uses it so recklessly

That it feels like a disguise

A disguise you can see through.
