Welcome to the tattered country,

Welcome to the shattered country.

When The Emperor is insensitive,

The corrupt system in government becomes negative.

The policies are only for the rich,

The poor migrant labor class only gets a ditch.

The working class keep paying the income-taxes,

The business people keep paying sales taxes.

Some big corporate people swindle the banks by taking loans,

Then flee the country after gifting the banks with a list of bad loans.

The poor do not even get the food in proper time,

The slow hunger deaths give the country the saddest rhyme.

There are chances of creation of riots,

The lawlessness leads to unwanted fights.

The court is not ready to listen to the common man's valid problem,

It is time for this institution to become just a rubber-stamped emblem.

The youth keep losing the sources of employment,

The locked economy faces slowdown harassment.

The citizens go into a disappointed state,

The blind Emperor is in a power-hungry inebriated state.

What remains is a ruined and destroyed nation,

Which has to sell the precious assets in an auction.

Age and health cannot be bought,

This is the big lesson Time has always taught.

There is a beauty of vote in a democracy,

Which can end anyone's so-called autocracy?

The wait for the better days is long,

But the will power of hope will always remain strong.
