Shades

They allotted us 'labels', making us sit;

But not on tables,

Are we only meant to be living in these un-attached cables?

They referred us 'coloured', forgetting how beautiful this world looks with colours.

Our hues of varied intensities-

Their chromatography, couldn't sense our love's density.

They referred us 'charcoals', tending as if they don't need it,

To light up their chilling wintery pit.

They referred us 'minority', thus, splitting the world creed into two categories,

But,

They are not always Mr. Rights, are they?

Amidst their greed, ill-breed they forgot that if we lead our way-

They have to pay for their actions they now sway.
