Selfless Love
Selfless Love
Today while traveling
By bus
I saw a tree
The last tree
There were the fifties
When I started my journey
But now it is only one
Standing alone, at the corner
Of a limitless road
Like a widow
Waiting for her husband to return
But she too knows
He has gone forever, never to return
She is mourning by shedding her leaves
What more is in her hand?
So helpless, so miserable...
Is she can fight from this mighty man
To whom she had fed like her own child?
Man is so unfaithful and cruel
Is paying tribute by his own way
But innocent love still exist in nature
She is standing alone
On the edge of her deserted life
Tears in her heart but
Love in her eyes
Coughing, unable to survive
But spreading breathes to all human life...
