Self Respect

Like most of the darkest nights,

The breeze of air gave me chills

Down my spine.

My heart started to beat faster with the sound of tickling clock.

I was eagerly waiting for your response but fortunately my self-respect showed up instead.

And on a beam of light, you appeared more than a guilty to me.
