Scientist Duty

Ever wondered how it feels

To be a scientist

Right from finding a hint

To a blown-out paper

It's a crazy journey

Many sleepless nights

Waking up with ideas

Restless days

Many failed experiments

Going unrecognised

But after all,

The attainment of success

Subsequently

Giving up those dark nights

Gives me a meaningful life

And I say, "That's my duty”.
