Sacrifice..

I cried a lot still I am smiling,

I am feeling helpless still I am hoping,

I am fighting my own battle without help,

Still I am believing,

But that still is still, it's not moving...

Sometimes I want to leave all,

And be to that place where stress will be no more,

Sometimes I feel I should run away,

As I feel there is nothing more,

I tried to say again and again,

But I failed again and again,

With the rules that society claim,

Anyhow at last a girl is going to have the blame,

I still don't know why there is so much inequality,

Why are we always asked for sacrifices?

Is this called humanity ?

Just we are tagged mamta ki Murat, daya ki Devi,

And then ocean of expectations arrive,

We are not born for ourselves,

Everyone starts to say your life is not yours,

You are made to serve every other life,

Great thinking great manipulation,

Always a mother sacrifices,

Whether for generation or nation...
