Reunion
Reunion
Oh My God!
Gush of easterly winds
Lashed out at burgeoning clouds
Sun clad Stars struggled to wink
Mountains shrugged off dirt and dust
readying to dance with swinging trees caressing each other.
Stagnant Creeks started swelling spreading ripples and waves
down the memory lane.
Good Morning birds not sighted long
Back cawing, chirping, singing
Harbinger of a new beginning.
Maddened for decades
searching the missing soul,
Estranged,farflown, forgotten.
Wow! Beating wings, splitting earth
Mingled in the end with Golden Heart.
But Alas! Leda was caught unaware,
Forty Years, Friends, too long indeed!
