Those Englishmen were a bit cleverer,

 By adopting the policy of divide and rule,

 scattered the country

 Lord Curzon was its father,

 who were full of pride,

 India was enslaved

 tortured people,

 humiliated in front of the world.

 India also replied to bricks with stones.

 Our heroes started bowing down to them,

 Raised voice against their atrocities,

 started the war of independence,

 Freedom lovers sacrificed their lives for it,

 Happily, hanged on the gallows,

 But don't get down on your knees

 Can't forget the sacrifice of Bhagat Singh,

 Chandrashekhar has no answer,

 Violence-free policies of Mahatma Gandhi gave a new dimension to the country.
