Rebirth
Rebirth
A strong man struggling with the storms of fate,
Defeated, dejected yet desperate.
Love was lost, life was lone,
Good things, with Godliness, was
Forever gone.
Standing yet shaking,
I saw the sky.
Careless crawling
I made a cold cry.
Homeless honourless
Hopelessness high.
Withholding weeping
Wondered my mind why.
Then I heard a voice
From the heavens above.
Set was the scenic music
For the song of love.
Despair did away with,
Divinity dawned on the dove
Green grasses started growing
Once again in my grove.
And in the sky,
Hope's ray.
I renounced
The world's way.
Lies lasted no longer,
Let me be where love lay.
I took a rebirth,
Of my existence on earth.
And of fresh air,
I took a refreshing breath
As I gained again my Faith.
And as walked by
Besides numerous tombs,
Of those born in the world,
Of flesh and from wombs.
I was no longer afraid,
Of the worldly failures
No longer interested
In the worldly valours.
Fear was no more,
I was one of the heart braves
For I have known,
My home is beyond graves
