Alienation

Needs just a grain of doubt,

To be sown in the mind's ground

Germinates and sprouts,

Into blades of grass razor-sharp,

Cuts and alienates persons apart.

Rational thinking clouds,

Mal-intentions abound

Confusion compounds,

Relationships get drowned.

No logic seems sound.

Viewed on a macro scale,

Divisive forces serve,

To alienate even nations.

Playing on people's sentiments.

'Punjabi' 'Bengali' 'Tamilians',

Drawing out the differences,

Between Aryans, Dravidians.

Are we not but first citizens,

Of one nation, one country?

INDIA;

Still believed to be a safe, secular place.
