Staring into a distant blue

And it’s crazy to see

What you have become

And what you could be

You could have just left

Without anything to say,

What if our promise was not kept

And you would just go away?

You were a black raven

Amidst a flock of doves

A lone star

Forgotten in the heavens above

Let times pass by

And tell its tale

But I hope our bond

Will never fail.

That your raven presence shows.
