Panacea
Panacea
Panacea, oh sweet elixir divine,
A cure-all for the body and mind.
A remedy for all that ails,
A magic potion that never fails.
In ancient times, its fame was known,
A gift from the gods, it was shown.
A single drop could heal the sick,
And banish all pain with just a flick.
From fever to plague, it could cure,
A panacea that was pure.
It brought hope to the hopeless,
And strength to the feeble and helpless.
Today, we seek a cure like this,
A panacea to bring us bliss.
To heal the wounds that never fade,
And calm the storms that never abate.
Though we may never find the cure,
We hold onto hope, that it endures.
For in our search, we find the light,
That leads us to a future bright.
So let us never cease to seek,
The panacea that we all bespeak.
For in our quest, we may yet find,
The answer to heal all humankind.
