Let me come out of the routine trivia...

And give a big salute to our Mother Nation India...

It's not just Independence or Republic Day...

I feel it's my duty to salute India every day.

For the pains and gains that she undergoes 

By fighting against all the foes...

Just to see her children safe and sound!

Her love towards us knows no bounds...

You give her anything, but love 

She gives us as pure as a dove...

Make sure when you love your biological mother.

You equally shower India with love and affection 

After all, she's our Mother Nation...

At least your own mother may scold or hit you.

Here's India, who forgets scolding, and doesn't even ask you

Anything in return for all that she gets is just your ignorance 

So, do not test her patience, because if it crosses her tolerance 

Then, no matter how much you beg or dig her.

You can't even imagine the problems so far.

That your remnants shall be gone with the wind...

And all that you will surely get is just the rind...

So, it's now or never, make up your mind.

And let's join hand in hand to thank our Mother Land.

And Pledge that we will love and protect her
