Oh, Rain

When the hot summer takes a leave,

The farmers sit back relieved

 

Peacocks dance with grace

And there is happiness all over the place

 

It’s the best time to sip your favorite hot drinks,

And to do the best creative things

 

When you come (saying to the rain)

Everyone carries raincoats and umbrellas

And all the children love to make and float

Some paper boats

 

The drops fall from leaf to leaf,

And the crops begin to reap

When you stop,

In the puddles, everyone hops

 

It's so sad to see you leave,

And wait for the next rainy eve
