Drift;

In imperceptible spaces,

Propelled by defeat.

Regress;

Into velvety nostalgia,

Upon lush memories.

Hide;

From formless voids,

In blinding bubbles.

Wither;

In abundant dreams,

Starving, shriveling.

Rot;

In false hopes,

Tribulations of the Self.

Vanish;

Into the shell,

Choking on reminiscence.

Embalm;

A stifled mind,

In sorrowful brine.
