Night
Night
Slowly after dusk
It becomes darker;
As the illuminating sphere
Becomes brighter.
All mothers: birds
Come back with food;
Farmers return with their cattle,
Satisfied and pleased.
All of them tired
Go back to sleep,
Pray for a good night;
And the stars peep as if concerned.
The gardens, the fields,
Glinting with the silver light,
Glowing, glimmering, glistening, glittering,
Such a beautiful sight!
But children fear night,
Because of the low light.
They wait for the morning to come,
When they are all right.
Oh, people! Be like children,
Like brightness and light;
And, praise god’s creation—
Experience the beauty of NIGHT...
