Night
Night
Insomnia is no longer a disease
No longer something scary.
Cause the night sky is my friend now,
And empty streets read poems of happiness and merry.
The stars my secret guilt,
The darkness reconciles my inner emptiness.
The silence never judges me,
I cry out of depression, loneliness or just stress.
Night drives me to overthinking,
Of unrequited crushes,
I draw on the canvas of my empty mind
With those random stroke of different shaped brushes.
