Once upon the time envy was jealous of chastity

To compete with her envy unleashed her sexuality

Envy was often challenged by temperance

Envy played him using charm of insouciance

Charity had always been selfish and mean to her

She brought out the bad side of envy making her act in moment’s spur

And diligence never considered envy in his league

Envy hated him but couldn’t help being intrigued

Even patience, for her, didn’t had any time

While burning on the inside envy kept on saying “I’m fine!”

Kindness and humility were also always rude

Putting on a naive face, envy knew how in reality they were shrewd!

She was always looked down upon by all the seven virtues

Always feelings left out and abused

Envy knew, that with the virtues, she could never fit in

So she created her new identity in the seven sins…
