Violence is the answer, 

To violence said he. 

Termed a revolutionist, 

A stir he created. 

Left motherland, 

To learn warfare

From a foreign land

That gave him shelter. 

He inspired many to join military

Men, children and women in plenty. 

Women regiment he created, 

Aptly named Jhansi ki Rani. 

He said, Do or Die, 

And our hearts swelled with pride. 

Pride of being duty bound, 

To save our mother from the hands, not her own. 

"Give me blood, I'll give you freedom", said he, 

Alas… he wasn't there to see. 

Netaji, he's fondly called, 

Subhash Chandra Bose… thy name lives forever.
