My Sun (Son)

As the morning Sun rays brighten up your day and makes you feel happy

My son was born to brighten up my life which was otherwise like walking on the edge of the knife!!

From a baby to a toddler, he grew up into a teenager!!

The baby stutter is replaced by a booster

I'm sure about his becoming a Voyager

Or should I say, he's become the master

Of his own mind, sailing with the wind!

Teaching me the lessons of life

Which have made me write a poem on Him!

Or else my life would have been dim....

Thank you my Son for being the real Sun

In my life, as well as others,

May you be blessed with laurels and accolades

In my presence or absence, you will achieve life's essence...
