My Lord

I am wandering in the path of life my lord,
I have come to ask for your mercy.

Hold my hand my Lord,
I want the support of your refuge.

I have become despondent due to sorrows my lord,
Now I want expansion of happiness.

I am trapped in the illusion my lord,
Now I want to earn virtue.

The boat is sinking in the midstream my lord, Now I want to take it across.

"Murali" is remembering you my lord,
I want the shore of the ocean of life.
