Mean It If You Say It:

If you tell someone "I Love You"

Then you must mean it.

Take care of them when they need it.

Don't overuse I love you,

But say it randomly,

Ask them how they are,

Ask them what's going on.

Pay for food once in a while.

Watch Netflix and eat some popcorn.

Walk or drive them home.

Hug them. Kiss them.

Hold their hand,

Or at least let them know you are there.

Don't leave them on reading or deliver.

Don't be distant,

Don't lie when you say

"I Love You"

Don't hit or hurt them.

Don't bring them pain,

Or tare their hearts.

Don't use them.

Don't talk and cheat.

Don't say "I Love You"

If you don't mean it.

It's just harder for that other person,

Because what if they did?

What if they cared?

Loved? And fell for you?

Don't say "I Love You"

If you don't truly mean it.
