Mary My Mother
Mary My Mother
Mother, you are so dear,
To whom shall I fear?
When I fall and I tear,
You hold me close & near.
When darkness covers the light,
You be my strength and my sight,
When I’ll be weak and cannot fight,
Be my refuge & hug me tight.
When life gives me a terrible test,
You guide me to do my best,
When I’m tired and in need of rest,
You intercede for me and help me with a nest.
