Life
Life
I remember how the sun shines so bright in the broad daylight,
Slowly fading away with the evening dusk, preparing for the night.
I remember how the the rain feels striking my bare face,
Dripping down, washing away the lingering sadness, drifting away with grace.
I remember how it felt to experience the first summer,
The overwhelming warmth, the unconstrained emotions, the overall freeness, oh! why it ends? A bummer.
I remember my first winter, a beautiful dream,
The rejuvenating atmosphere, the hauntingly beautiful nights, the whispery soft winds, leaving one agleam.
I remember the weekend joy, relief from the exhausting work hours,
The partying mood, the relaxed atmosphere, and a frolic existence of endless hot showers.
I remember enjoying with friends, night talks to no end,
Eternal laughter, unbridled emotions, uncaring attitude, an apparition from where I stand.
I remember living, continuously breathing, crying till my eyes dry,
I remember trying to live life as it went by.
