I ain’t just pounds of flesh and skin,

I ain’t a skeleton,

I’m a strong faith,

Impossible to abate.

 

I ain’t those curves,

Neither am I those visible nerves,

I’m a thoughtful mind,

Too much for you to blind.

 

I ain’t a passive listener,

Neither am I a criminal nor a prisoner,

I’m a high spirit and a calm soul,

Something you can’t behold.
