I am aging, 

The sun wakes up early, 

Evening dips early.

The sadness of achieving nothing 

Still aches within me.

A different type of unhappiness has seized me.

Desires are leaving me again. 

I am aging, 

My name seems like a burden to me. 

I am aging, 

I am kissing defeat from within myself. 

I am aging, 

I am becoming a book of silence 

And loneliness. 

Yes, I am aging, 

I am becoming lonely, 

I am becoming unknown to myself, 

I am living in my own crowd, 

I inhale the words of poetry, 

I exhale in the words of the novel.
