We are so scared of the dark,

Scared of the demons, the demons of our past

The mysteries of our future

The lust in our hearts.

Surprisingly, though feeble, and naive ,

Though gullible, though lively,

We are not afraid of us

Not afraid of the act, not afraid of the selfish.

No matter What? No matter the peaceful, now matter mercy,

No matter the reason, No matter solution,

We were there,

There killing our own and calling it war

Ruling our own and calling it love

No matter we are not afraid of Human.

Why should we? Why should we doubt?

We have saved ourselves, saved our kind

Producing medicine, saving the blind,

Preventing Death, Oh! A saviour of kind,

But we forget, Oh! forget,

Saving never was needed, If we cared about our lives

Smoke was never there, if we didn’t create it

If we didn’t harm our home and call it progress,

If we weren’t Selfish.

Whatever be the consequence? Whoever the cause?

Why Should we fear? Why should we fear our dad, our mum?

Why should we fear ourselves?

Don’t Forget! We’re only ………Human.
