Hidden Smile
Hidden Smile
Imagine Having the best day of your life,
Maybe, some long overdue work just completed,
Or maybe a vacation propped up,
For one reason or many, A day brightened up.
All was good and well,
But ,Your mind starts to wander,
It starts to think, about your one day gift,
It starts to think, who might you share it with.
A family. Too drifted apart -
Too sensitive to talk.
Or Friends who Before, talked everyday,
Now, Have nothing left to say.
So, emptiness surrounded you,
It made you irritated,
For one second before,
Misery was neglected.
Now your smile is accompanied by this emptiness,
You mind retorted, it resorted to the misery,
For the happiness reminded you,
That maybe, you are lonely.
