How The Trees Were Gone....

Once this earth was filled with trees

Birds and bees sat on these

Spoke for hours and hours

Of where they would stay

if the trees were blown away.

Some thought they would migrate

Some thought they would hibernate

But little did they know

That here or there

No trees were sown anywhere.

How can humans be so mean

To cut the trees so hard

With no feelings in their heart

Towards the earth that let them live, or

Towards the trees that let them live.

This gen saw some trees

Saw some birds and saw some bees

But can the future gen

see all this we see now

Or shall they only hear

Of how the trees were gone...?
