Hope

One day I found the darkest cave

Where no light entered anywhere

But something about it was relatable

I went inside out of curiosity

I trudged through the cave

For how long I don't know

Maybe hours, days or weeks

The darkness was scary

But in the middle of the cave

Was a single spot of light so bright

It made the darkness fade away

That made me realize that

The light was HOPE

I realized that life could be

Agonizing and terrible sometimes

But a single spot of hope

It can make anything better!
