Hiding behind the Fake Smile

I know she is hiding something from me 

Something happened to her 

That she hiding behind a fake smile 

Her eyes are telling everything 

That how much she was depressed 

I know she is something hiding from me 

So I asked 

But she refused by wearing a fake smile 

I know she is so upset 

She acts to be normal 

But I know everything is going worst 

The truth is that someday she just want to give up and no longer try 

She behaves like a teenager kid 

Sometimes I am afraid that I would lose her
