Glorious Mess
Glorious Mess
With the ruffling of the leaves,
I learned about you from the wind's laughter.
That paused by me telling stories,
Of your glorious weather
You've been chasing all along,
With some flutter and some silent mutterings,
Some actions left wondering,
Few words left to be amazed
Some humor consternating as though,
Wanting to laugh at themselves,
I got the messages from the breeze,
That passed through my window,
Cracking my glass panes
And pointing me out.
The vibes around you which they touched,
And with these came to me,
As if playing Cupid,
Like it had wings.
But didn't they ever know?
My belief in you was the strength I owned,
But the wink that night,
From the stars so bright,
As if hiding something so hideous.
Seemed like the darkest of all nights,
Just then came across a butterfly all speckled up,
Just like the famished fascination,
And made up my day,
That belonged to the happiness of minuscule moments,
With my camaraderie with nature and it's the essence,
Rather than whining and moaning with compliantly associating.
With the loyalty I envisaged,
With my tender heart to have endured.
