Freewheeling
Freewheeling
The sea, the beach, the breeze, mind is set free
Host of birds by the shore, food catching spree
Mind is calm, scenic view, a soothing balm
Mobile in the palm, words undammed
One with nature, memories remain as a treasure
One feels no pressure, not necessarily about pleasure
Mind composure, effortless in this, no need to measure
Picture this, man a habitual creature
Wallow in woes, it is all about what he does
Still in the rut, with all ifs and buts.
Orange glow of the evening Sun rippling on the sea surface
Seer’s face too glows in a rather soft blaze
Ripples, waves, like thoughts unceasing
Sea weeds afloat, in the mind nothing to gloat
Sea on fire, just appears so, situation not dire
Imagery of human mind, when it creates its own quagmire.
